Senior Merchandiser

We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join our team and lead the planning, sourcing, and execution of our clothing line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end merchandising process from product development to final delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely production and shipment.
• Ensure product quality standards are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Develop strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing/contracts.
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to align product launches with brand strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2/3 years of experience in merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, fabrics, trims, and production processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Fashion Merchandising/Business or related field.
