Your order packaging and preparation, and the transportation cost of our listed courier companies is included in your order’s shipping and processing fees.

Once the product reaches you via courier, any damage or loss is your responsibility. Please read our Shipping Policy and Return Policy as part of these rules.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate information. However, if any product description does not match the actual product, your only solution is not to use it and return it immediately.

Our product images are captured in our own studio and displayed on the website to represent the colors as close to real as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitor/laptop/tablet/mobile phone displays, the exact colors you see cannot be guaranteed.

Due to stock limitations, not all products displayed on deencommerce.com may be available at outlets.

Price

The price shown on the website is the actual price of the product.

• Nationwide COD (Cash on Delivery) or advance payment – both are available.
• If an order is canceled for any reason, the product price will be refunded.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a price is mistakenly incorrect:

• If the actual price is lower, the lower price will be charged.
• If the actual price is higher, you will be informed beforehand, or the order will be canceled.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Dhaka warehouse through Pathao Courier Service.

• Local delivery: 2–5 business days.
• If the stock is unavailable, you will be informed within 2 days and refunded.
• A single order will be delivered to a single address.

Sizing

Our product may vary according to fit, design, fabric, and cut. Our products are made according to Asian standard measurements. To get the right size, please see our size guide or check the measurement chart attached to the product details.

Disclaimer of Errors

At any time, our website may contain typographical errors, inconsistencies, or incomplete information regarding product details, prices, or availability. DEEN reserves the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice (even after you have placed an order).
