E-commerce Sales Executive
DEEN is a growing fashion and lifestyle brand focused on quality and creativity. As our online sales grow, we’re expanding our e-commerce team to ensure smooth and satisfying customer experiences.
We’re hiring an E-commerce Sales Executive who is organized, proactive, and passionate about customer service and online order management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage daily online orders across website and marketplace platforms
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch
- Track order status, returns, exchanges, and cancellations with proper documentation
- Respond to customer queries via phone, social media, and email
- Follow up with potential buyers to increase conversion and retention
- Collaborate with the inventory and content teams to ensure product accuracy
- Maintain sales reports and identify sales trends for improvement
- Ensure a smooth post-sales experience for every online customer
What You’ll Need
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online customer service
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of browsing and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to handle multiple orders, updates, and reports daily
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset
- Passion for fashion and digital retail is a plus
