Outlets Manager

We are currently looking for dynamic and experienced Outlets Manager to lead our retail stores and represent the DEEN brand with excellence and ambition.

What You Can Expect

• Manage all daily store activities and ensure smooth sales performance
• Manage inventory and stock, including variable products
• Deliver excellent customer service and lead the sales team to meet targets
• Handle billing and cash management using POS systems
• Prepare sales, stock, and performance reports and maintain communication with the head office
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain attractive in-store displays
• Train, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to maintain high performance
• Implement operational strategies and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
• Cultivate a goal-oriented selling culture focused on customer loyalty
• Foster community engagement through events and promotions
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and documentation in line with health & safety standards
• Participate in recruitment, staff evaluation, and performance improvement

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle retail management
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and performance-focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS software
• Sound knowledge of apparel inventory and visual display techniques
