Senior Executive (Accounts)

We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Accounts who is meticulous, dependable, and experienced in managing core financial processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including vouchers, receipts, and payments
- Handle reconciliation of sales across outlets and e-commerce channels
- Monitor expenses, vendor invoices, and ensure timely bank settlements
- Prepare monthly reports, summaries, and assist with financial planning
- Maintain proper documentation for VAT, TAX, and compliance purposes
- Operate and manage ERP-based accounting tools
- Assist during internal/external audits and enforce financial protocols
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams for accurate reporting
What You’ll Need
- 2–4 years of professional experience in accounting or finance (experience in retail/garments is a plus)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and time management
- Good understanding of local VAT & TAX procedures
- Ability to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines
