Senior Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and elevate our brand’s visual identity across digital and physical platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a visual problem-solver, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the ideation and execution of visual concepts for brand campaigns, digital content, product launches, and seasonal lookbooks
- Oversee product photography, post-production, and visual quality control
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to deliver high-impact visuals aligned with business goals
- Design and supervise web visuals, social media creatives, and print materials
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language across all channels
- Leverage AI tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML) and design automation platforms to enhance creative workflow, boost productivity, and experiment with new visual styles
- Mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and ensure creative excellence within the team
- Stay ahead of fashion, design, and digital trends to keep the brand visually competitive
- Manage multiple projects with efficiency, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality
What You’ll Need
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (fashion or lifestyle brand preferred)
- Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, and color theory
- Bonus: Working knowledge of After Effects, Figma, or motion graphics
- Proven experience in managing design projects from concept to execution
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset
- A strong portfolio that reflects creative leadership, branding work, and campaign development
- Ability to balance creative vision with brand consistency and business needs
